Having done a number of masterclasses with Jane Nicholas, I can honestly say thather books are just like her teaching . . . easy to follow and within the realms of any stitchers. Jane’s work also inspired me to write two fiction novels, The Stumpwork Robe and The Last Stitch . . . a story and its sequel about an embroiderer and a robe. (see http://www.pruebatten.com)

Lovely to see Jane’s work promoted. She has become a close friend.
